
5th grade guest speaker, Carlos Perez was born a full Mopan Maya and is from Belize. He talked about the early cities/architecture; foods; social structure; and how the Mayan children lived. He even taught the students a few words in his native tongue. Fifth graders are studying ancient Maya, Inca, and Aztec culture in their current CKLA (Core Knowledge Language Arts) unit.



This week our 4th and 5th graders walked to the White Deer Fire Company!







Friday October 11th White Deer will be having a black out! All students and staff are encouraged to wear all black to show our Milton Black Panthers support for their Homecoming Game!
